Tracy is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) through the Institute of Management Consultants and has completed course training on ISO 20700 guidelines. He is also recognized by the US Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD&C) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. He has completed course work and received the Credential of Readiness (CORe) in business analytics, economics, and accounting from Harvard Business School. After 30+ years working within the construction industry and the last several years as the COO of one of the nation's fastest growing electrical, instrumentation, & automation contractors, Tracy decided to switch gears and serve clients as an external consultant and offer his insight and expertise to a wide range of companies across several industries.
